• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind

• This applies to both physical and digital books

• Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing

By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

We will only issue a refund or replacement if an item arrives faulty or damaged.

To request support:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photographic evidence of the fault or damage

• Include your order number in your message

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

All books sold by Fitrah Beginnings are carefully selected and checked to ensure they are Islamically sound, in accordance with the Qur’an and Sunnah, to the best of our knowledge and understanding.
